and iced in cream cheese icing, a surprisingly delicate dessert.

Peanut Butter Flip
Moist chocolate cake iced in decadent peanut butter cream frosting.
This cake is only available as a sheet cake. Our delicious butter cake, made with pineapple juice then poured onto a layer of butter, brown sugar, pineapple and cherries. Then we bake until golden brown, flip out of the pan for a mouth watering pineapple upside down cake!
Grandma Gossard (our dad’s mom) used to make a delicious coconut cake that
she would take to the PTO dances during World War II.
To make it extra special she would dye the icing a light pink.
Today we make grandma’s recipe and we think you will love it.
